Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Femme

Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Femme is a Fruity Chypre fragrance that was launched in 2018. The top notes for this perfume are blackberry, pink pepper and bergamot. The mid has cypress, vetiver, Bulgarian rose and woodsy notes. The base notes are Indian patchouli and amber. The projection is moderate and the longevity is moderate to long.

Beve describes the opening as a burst of berries and sweetness and a beautiful powdery-ness which only lasted for a few minutes. Then it transitioned into a woodsy fragrance with cypress notes. From that point on, its personality and character became clear – it was woodsy, soapy and powdery with cypress.

Beve found Absolute Pour Femme to be a self-assured, more mature fragrance. She noted that it leans to the masculine, and is very much a unisex scent.

Beve didn’t find herself thinking of this perfume as an evening scent. Instead, she found herself associating it with being in nature and outdoor activities such as being by the lake, or being at a cottage or chalet.

Gucci Guilty Black Pour Femme

Gucci Guilty Black Pour Femme is an Amber Floral perfume that was released in 2013. The top notes in this fragrance are red berries and pink pepper. The mid notes are lilac, violet, peach, red currant and raspberry and the base notes are patchouli, amber and caramel. The projection is moderate and the longevity is moderate.

Beve describes the opening of this perfume as the fruity sweetness of a sparkling berry, but found that it faded really quickly. As it progressed she found it to be very soft and sitting very close to her skin. It reminded her of a clean, soapy, high-end deodorant scent. The fragrance has a soft, warm, spicy base with a caramel note that dominates as it dries down.

Because it doesn’t project a lot and it’s inoffensive, Beve feels that this perfume could be for someone who wants to fly under the radar and doesn’t want to draw attention to themselves. She thinks this is the perfect scent to wear in a ‘no perfume’ environment because it comes off as a high-end deodorant.

Beve doesn’t consider Gucci Guilty Black to be a perfume for going out or for date night. Because she didn’t detect any kind of narcotic element to it she considers it to be an intimate scent rather then being a sexy scent.
